13th FLOOR - UCL - AVO FACILITY

In collaboration with the 13th Floor agency, we undertook a comprehensive Matterport 3D scan of UCL's state-of-the-art avocado processing facility, a 6000m² space dedicated to quality inspection, packaging, and cold storage. This immersive digital twin enables stakeholders to virtually explore the complex workflow and infrastructure without needing to step on-site. From precision-controlled storage to advanced sorting systems, every square metre has been meticulously captured to support operational clarity, remote engagement, and future planning.
