We start by mapping the space exactly as supplied, footprint, height limits, service points, sightlines. A clean square metre model gives us a reliable base before any ideas move forward.
S1. Measure The Opportunity
Next we decide where the stand “breathes”, which walls stay solid, which edges open up, and how the flow works. This is shaped by real site conditions, aisle direction, neighbouring stands, and whether you are on a corner, aisle, or walkway.
S2. Open The Stand To The Traffic
Only once flow is right do we place what matters, furniture, demos, storage, product displays, and meeting moments. Everything is checked against build reality with our implementation partner, fixing points, clearances, access panels, and what can be fabricated cleanly.
S3. Plan The Experience, Then The Build
Finally we design the banner and high level signage, the part that does the heavy lifting across the hall. When floor space is tight, height and clarity become your hero, pulling people in before they reach the stand.
