Most enquiries arrive as a version of the same sentence: we know we should be doing this better; we just haven't had the time to work out how. Fair enough. Testing software isn't what you're paid for.

We keep a standing experiment running: SketchUp Labs betas, AI tools inside and outside the SketchUp environment, workflows we break on our own projects long before they'd go near yours. Getting in touch is really just borrowing that.

Three ways in:

1. Twenty-minute introduction. Free, no preparation, no deck. You describe the friction; we tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it. Almost everything starts here.

2. Workflow review. Fixed scope. We look at how work actually moves through your practice- from model to documentation to site- and give you a written report with a ranked list: what to change first, what to change later, and what to leave alone. The last one matters more than people expect.

3. Standing R&D. Ongoing. We test on your behalf, brief you monthly, and implement the parts worth implementing. For teams who've accepted they're never going to have that spare afternoon.

Training still exists. It's just usually the outcome of the first two rather than the front door, targeted at the four things your team actually needs, not a syllabus.
